The LYNXBATCH® controller excels in accurate, flexible, reliable control of material
delivery by weight. Just push one button to select a recipe by name, another to start.
Installation is just as easy. Operator prompts are human-readable and customizable, making
recipe edits, data input, and reporting easy and precise. Features such as batch size
adjustments or material target corrections can be enabled or disabled to make the
controller as simple or as capable as needed. The LYNXBATCH controller is designed to
withstand the tough use that production schedules demand and operators dish out. It also
meets the legal metrology and safety standards of most world markets.

The LYNXBATCH controller can expand to provide up to 13 discrete outputs for interface to
up to eight automated feeders. Feeders can be single or two speed. The learn mode allows
the LYNXBATCH controller to automatically determine each automatic material´s feed
parameters to minimize installation time and optimize accuracy. The LYNXBATCH controller
offers effortless control with push button recipe by name, quick and easy recipe
maintenance, and simple installation. The LYNXBATCH controller adapts to most filling and
batching applications and interacts with other systems and equipment for maximum
flexibility. The LYNXBATCH controller has memory for 1000 recipe lines and 50 materials,
restores recipe execution after power failures, and secures data assets with password
protection for powerful control over production quality and costs. The LYNXBATCH DataVault
software is a Windows 95/98/NT based application that provides for archival and editing of
recipe and material data for up to 8 LYNXBATCH controllers in a network.
